Greenfield Nails and Spa - Gilbert

So this place isn’t the cheapest.. they charge extra for things such as shape, length, even to pop off an old set (I mean like actually just popping them off with their fingers, not soaking them off) BUT I have literally never had a bad mani or pedi here. It’s extremely clean, they almost always have availability, and the nail techs are really skilled. I don’t have to see the same person every time because every person there does a great job. Helen, Gina, and Chanel are a guarantee but honestly you can’t go wrong with anyone here. Just be prepared to dish out an extra $10-15. It’s worth it though for the quality and reliability. The front desk staff are really friendly too. I’ve waited about a year to post a review because I like to make sure it’s good every time and I can officially say that it is!

I recommend Tammy for those who gravitate towards acrylics, longer nails, or more intricate color/design concepts. She’s patient and nice without being too chatty or prying. I really appreciate that as an introvert. She stops to ask if I like the shape or the progress along the way. She also allows for me to make color changes or brainstorm what I’m wanting and I like that as well. I’ve been to both Greenfield locations and they’re also always clean and have good space where I’m not bumping elbows or legs with other patrons. They also have the largest gel and dip selection I’ve seen available in comparison to other Phoenix, Chandler, and Gilbert nail salons.

I was in town from Seattle, Wa visiting and chose Greenfield to get my pedi. Little did I know, I was going to suffer a toe nail infection. A week after I got my pedicure, I noticed my toe nail was sore, I took off my sock and saw there was pus coming out from underneath my toenail. I’ve been getting my feet done for over 25 years and never have I ever experienced something like this. Hopefully, you guys sterilize your equipment better after reading this!

My daughter and I have been going to Greenfield Nails for over 8 years. We have tried many other nail places over the years, and nothing compares to the quality of service we get at Greenfield (both the Gilbert and Chandler locations). The staff is always friendly, helpful, and attentive. Both locations have been well-maintained and very clean every single visit. The results of manicures and pedicures have been very consistent, which has been a major issue with other salons...not getting what I requested/paid for. I've gotten to a point where I won't even go to any other nail places because they don't have my trust or loyalty.

I’ve been going to Greenfield for about 5 months now since moving from the East Coast. I want to name that CiCi, Lisa, and Gina are fantastic techs. Mai gives the best pedicure. The salon is clean and welcoming. There’s a great color selection for dip and gel. I bring my 3 nieces every time I go. We get dip manicures. It is hit and miss on whether or not our nails last. None of us are hard on our nails or bite them. And yet, they lift, crack, or just pop off. I’m used to having dip manis last 3-4 weeks. But we seem to be needing our nails done every 2 weeks or deal with broken/ missing nails. It is inconsistent and seems to rotate between myself and my nieces on whose nails will last and whose will fall apart. For example, we went on Dec. 23 and one of my nieces has already lost 4 nails in less than 10 days. Another one has 3 nails lifting. We are adding nail glue underneath in hopes of being able to hold out another week or so. :/ I really want Greenfield to be our go to nail salon. But I can’t keep hoping that the next round will last as they should— or I should say my budget can’t keep hoping.

Updating my previous review because they have moved the business. It is located two doors down from the previous location in a much larger space! All new, beautiful interior. They now have a private room for larger parties. Perfect for Bridal Parties, Birthdays or a Girls Night out. At this time, you just contact them to reserve the room. They expanded the capacity both at the nail bar and the pedicure seats so it can get busy! I recommend making an appointment to avoid waiting. Excellent skilled staff. Very clean, professional and friendly. Reasonable prices. Full range of services for the scope of nail salon, some dermatologic services (waxing, etc). Usually busy, I recommend making an appointment to reduce wait time but walk-ins are accepted.
